Professional engineering and related consulting servicesrequired to perform electrical, instrumentation andcontrol (EIC) consulting engineering services for theLiquid Waste Services Collection Systems for projectscommenced over a three (3) year period and may includeproject management, structural, civil, mechanical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)engineering services, SCADA, PLC and related services foradvisory services, preliminary designs, detailed designs, construction and post-construction engineering services.It is the intent of the Corporation to enter into one ormore agreements (each a “Master Agreement”) with upto three (3) successful Proponents (“Consultants”) underwhich the parties may enter into separate contracts fromtime to time for Services for specific projects. The MasterAgreement will have a term of three (3) years
