Electrical engineering services - THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS REQUESTED Service Quality Training Upon completion of the program, the participant will be able to: • Identify and classify the seven types of power quality disturbances according to IEEE 1159. • Understand Class A measurement principles and metrological requirements for regulatory valid records. • Process and interpret data from measurement campaigns with normative criteria (95th percentile, aggregation windows) • Analyze real oscillographs recognizing characteristic signatures of transients, sags, swells, interruptions and harmonic events. • Apply IEEE 519-2022 to evaluate compliance with distortion limits in PCC. • Propose techniques and solutions to the detected phenomena. • Carry out power quality measurements in the field under real operating conditions, applying the metrological and regulatory criteria studied. Date: July 27 and 28, 2026 Duration: Two days of 8 hours each (16 hrs. totals) Schedule: 09:00-17:00 Modality: In-person Participants: 12 Requirements for the trainer: Have experience in service quality and be properly trained to teach these topics.
