Electrical design of the Kilpinen school renovation The object of the procurement is the implementation planning of the renovation of the school building. The goal of the project is to prepare coordinated and feasible plans for the renovation of the existing building in such a way that that the technical, functional and health level of the building is brought up to current requirements and that the facilities serve the use of teaching activities. Implementation planning includes architectural, structural and building engineering planning (HVAC and electricity) and these coordination of design fields. The renovation is to be carried out partially so that school activities will continue at the school partially. Laser scanning has been done at the site, which serves as the starting point for implementation planning. It is an existing school building renovation, which is why the design emphasizes the consideration of existing structures and systems and the coordination of design solutions. Implementation planning is done based on a data model as a three-dimensional model, which is utilized in planning meetings and user cooperation.
