We are requesting a quote for the electrical contract for the new building of Oulu Normal School in accordance with the tender documents. The project is implemented as a shared contract, where the construction contractor acts as the main contractor of the project and other contractors are subordinated to the construction contractor. The scope of the project is approx. 9600 brm2. The electrical contract also includes AV cabling as planned. According to the target schedule, construction engineering work can be started at the beginning of August 2026 and the contract must be ready and handover to the customer in May 2028.
