The Municipality of Sta. Rita, through 2026 LGU funds intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php3, 000, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FOR SUPER RHU @ Brgy. Old Manunca, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
