I invite you to submit a commercial and technical offer for the investment task titled: "Modernization of the Electrical and Automation Installation at the Packaging Department". Detailed Description of the Subject Orders: The subject of the order is comprehensive design development (execution design) and full execution and installation of electrical and automation systems. The scope of work includes the following stages:1. Scope of design work (Execution design Electrical and Automation installations): Preparation of full design documentation based on the installation audit guidelines and facility inventory (the Ordering Party provides a point cloud in the following formats: LGSX, E57, RCS). Technical documents and guidelines can be found here can be found in Annex 1 (ZIP package). The project is subject to absolute acceptance by the Ordering Party. Design of a new power supply system from the existing 500V switchboards located in the Packing House (designations: MAL 6P0-1V01.U01 and MAL 6P0-1V02.U01) along with preparation of a detailed power balance. Selection and design of OKKEN type OKKEN low-voltage switchboards manufactured by Schneider, strictly in accordance with the Holcim design K5 "typicals" standard (specification in Annex No. 1). Switchboards must have: communication in the Profibus DP protocol for all receivers and include a minimum of 15% reserve for future expansion.
