Electric wheelchairs The procurement will include various types of electric wheelchairs with manual control and with motorized control, as well as associated accessories, spare parts and services for the electric wheelchairs so that they can be repaired, adapted to users and reused. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts to best meet the users' needs. In each subcontract, agreements will be entered into with a sufficient number of suppliers and products to cover the majority of users' needs. In subcontracts 1, 12, 16 and 17, parallel framework agreements will be entered into with products from at least two suppliers, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable suppliers and offers. In the other partial contracts, agreements will be entered into with a sufficient number of suppliers to cover the majority of users' needs. In the other subcontracts, it will therefore vary from subcontract to subcontract whether a framework agreement will be entered into with one supplier, or whether parallel framework agreements will be entered into.
