Description : BC Hydro is seeking Proposals for Electric Vehicle Network Management Solutions and Services from experienced electric vehicle service provider(s). Proponents are invited to submit proposals for any one, two, or all three of the followiing service categories: Service Category 1 - EV Network Solution; Service Category 2 - Customer call services; and Service Category 3 - RFID card fulfillment services. Signing of non-disclosure agreement("NDA") is required before RFP documents can be released. Interested Proponents must have BCeID, and be registered with BC Bid in order to be given access to the RFP documents after NDA is executed. This RFP contains mandatory conditions that will need to be reviewed and responded to (if applicable to your service category selection). The contract is for an initial term of 5 years, plus an option to extend for up to another 5 years in a single or multiple extensions. The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of five (5) years, which may be extended at BC Hydro-s discretion for up to five (5) years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of ten (10) years.
