The Client requires the installation of an Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) in order to accommodate the replacement of RCMP fuel fleet vehicles with hybrid or electric fleet vehicles. Included in the scope of work is the initial review of the site specific electrical capacity at the facility, and to prepare the site to support the EVCS installations in terms of available power, existing panels, transformers or addition of new electrical componentry (as required), the site's electrical infra-structure, civil work requirements and location of the EVCS, in order to ensure that the installation of EV Charging Station can be accommodated, either under current site specific conditions or with the additional modifications necessary to accommodate the increased load. BGIS in consultation with the client will identify the total # of stations as well as EVCS unit locations prior to the consultants site visit to investigate site specific conditions. A brief summary of the consultants findings is to be captured and issued to BGIS for review with the client.
