The Province invites interested suppliers to submit Responses to qualify for a Corporate Supply Arrangement - Open Framework (RCSA) with the Province, on substantially the terms and conditions set out in Schedule A [Corporate Supply Arrangement - Open Framework], under which the Province intends to procure Level 1 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, Level 3 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, Charging Station Accessories, and Associated Services, as further described in Schedule B [Goods and Associated Services], on an as, if and when requested basis. Respondents with experience providing Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Associated Services are encouraged to apply. Although this opportunity is an open opportunity and Respondents may apply for a Corporate Supply Arrangement (CSA) at any time during the RCSA Term, the Province encourages all Respondents to submit Responses prior to the commencement of the RCSA Term. Respondents not submitting Responses prior to the commencement of the RCSA Term may not be able eligible to compete in the initial COPs issued in this procurement.
