1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES: CBC/Radio-Canada is committed to electrifying our mid-size fleet (approx. 600 vehicles) and providing charging infrastructure across our facilities across all Canada. To ensure the success of this transition, we require specialized consultant(s) or firm(s) to provide expert guidance on contract negotiations, technical implementation, software configuration, and regulatory reporting. This engagement is designed as a multi-year partnership to ensure long-term scalability and compliance.While CBC/Radio-Canada-s preference is to award a single contract to a firm or consultant that demonstrates comprehensive expertise across all areas, CBC/Radio-Canada reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts to different specialized partners to ensure the highest level of expertise across all project workstreams.The resulting contract will be established as a Bank of Hours (Retainer-based) agreement. The initial term will be for one (1) year, with three (3) subsequent one-year renewal options (1+1+1), exercisable at the sole discretion of CBC/Radio-Canada.
