The object of the procurement is the electronic mobility aids with the necessary additional and spare parts as well as the functions related to maintenance and the delivery of these products to the customer under the conditions specified in this request for tender and its appendices. existing electronic mobility aids require maintenance and spare parts throughout their life cycle. The general useful life of the aids that are the subject of competition is assumed to be 8 years on average. The need for maintenance and repair work and spare parts increases for the device towards the end of the life cycle. The customer reserves the right to acquire maintenance, standard modification work, spare parts and accessories also from suppliers other than those selected in the situations specified in the draft contract (appendix 7).
