The object of the procurement is an electric lock solution, which was included in the tender "Security service solutions supporting living at home" in the call for tenders dated April 2, 2024 of the welfare region of Central Finland. The competitive package included leasing equipment for security service solutions, security call center software, an alarm transmission system from the security call center to the security assistants, as well as an order portal, a reporting entity and a training environment. In addition, the acquisition closely included options related to security service solutions. The acquisition has not been divided into parts, because the acquisition forms one appropriate one of the whole. A procurement decision has been made on the competitive procurement on 7 May 2024 (1272/02.04.01.01.02/2024), which is legally binding and the contract was concluded on 1 August 2024. The contract is valid for a fixed period of 48 months. As an option, the acquisition included the possibility of additional orders, e.g. electronic door opening (electric lock solution).
