Electric energy, without distribution Electric energy, without distribution, formula pricing, class 2, group "b". The delivery of the Goods under the Agreement is carried out until December 31, 2026 (inclusive). The beginning of the supply of electric energy to the Consumer is the date specified in Application for joining, which is Appendix 4 to this Agreement. The parties agreed that the actual price per unit of the Product is determined monthly (calculation period) after the end of the month of supply and changes compared to the price per unit of the Product set on the moment of concluding the Agreement or for the previous month of delivery, by making changes to this Agreement in writing, namely by signing the relevant acts of acceptance and handover of the Goods by the Parties in accordance with clause 5.4. Contract or by concluding additional ones agreements to the Agreement. The actual price per unit of the Goods (further - the Actual price per unit or Cf) is the price of the Goods without VAT, which includes three components: 1) the weighted average price of RDN (Csz), which is set in Appendix No. 2 upon signing the Agreement at the level of the weighted average price for RDN, and subsequently during the term of the Agreement is calculated in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the Agreement, 2) the relevant current tariff for the transmission of electric energy (Tper) and 3) the fixed margin of the Supplier (M).
