The supply of electric energy to the Consumer is carried out: from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. 2. The consumer has the right to freely change the Supplier in accordance with the procedure defined by the PRREE and the terms of this Agreement. 3. Under this Agreement, the Supplier has no right to demand from the Consumer any other payment for electricity, which is not specified in Section 5 of this Agreement or the Commercial Offer (Appendix 2 to this Agreement).
