Procurement of electrical energy for the needs of OOU "Kiril Pejčinović" village of Tearce - Tearce, successively for the planned period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026. User number 002970353, metering point 1. village of Tearce 112010242002300, meter-54777982 and measuring place 2. village of Leshok 112010145701353, meter-71841122. Connection category LV2, Consumer category DSO LV2. The contracting authority owns a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of about 15 kW, which produces excess EE and feeds it into the distribution system. For FC has a solution for registration in the registry of ECs that produce EE from renewable sources and a solution for connection and a two-way meter. Because of the above, the selected economic operator undertakes to take over and pay it at the expense of the contracting party organ. Compensation of claims is not foreseen. The criterion for choosing the most favorable bidder is the economically most favorable offer based on the price, that is, in the place for the offered price, the economic operators write the offered margin on the average monthly price from the HUPJ stock exchange. The lowest margin expressed in percentages will be selected as the most favorable offer.
