All specifications are included within the attached RFP. The vehicles offered under this proposal shall be widely offered for sale, and equipment other than new or current year models will not be considered responsive to these specifications. Suppliers to provide cost saving to the TOMB through any Federal or Provincial EV rebate incentive programs. The TOMB understands that these rebates are not guaranteed. Suppliers submitted unit costs should not include any possible rebates, which are to be stated separately. Calculations of these rebate returns will be done at time of delivery, if still available.
