The Electoral Council examines the course and the process of the elections in the Netherlands. This usually happens shortly after an election, these investigations may also be carried out in the future with referenda. Through evaluation investigations, the Electoral Council gains insight into the election process, the qualiteit of the election and the possible improvements of the process. Evaluation studies are used for the evaluation of the elections. The tender is divided into four plots. An agreement with one party will be concluded per parcel.
