SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objective of this RFIQ is to obtain information & budgetary costing for an audience-facing interactive tool that allows users to see how their personal views on a range of political issues align with the positions of the political parties or candidates in federal, provincial, and municipal elections; and to see their views displayed in a personalized results visualization of how they fit more generally into the political landscape. This tool must be published in English and French and hosted by the Respondent.CBC/Radio-Canada at its sole discretion without any obligation may elect to issue a formal Request for Proposals (“RFP”) process after this RFIQ. The information contained in the Suppliers- response will be evaluated to determine qualification to proceed to a potential RFP stage.Proponents must meet the mandatory requirements as outlined in the Scope of Work.2.
