ELB - Delivery and installation of 320 kW charging stations AarBus (the bus company) is in collaboration with Aarhus Municipality (the client) in the process of replacing the fossil-fuelled buses with electric buses. From 2020 until now, charging infrastructure has been continuously set up for use for charging electric buses at AarBus' three depots at: - Munkevejen 4, 8381 Tilst, - Jegstrupvej 5, 8361 Hasselager, and - Stokagervej 15, 8240 Risskov. This tender concerns the delivery, assembly and installation of charging stations for AarBus' bus depots in Aarhus, cf. the requirements specification (appendix 1). The scope is: - Jegstrupvej 5: oSubproject 1: 18 charging points, which must be made with a separate power section (Area A) oPart project 2: 32 Charging points (Area B) - Stokagervej 15: oPart project 3: 8 charging points Besides delivery and installation of the charging stations, the Tenderer must enter into an agreement with AarBus regarding service, operation and maintenance of the charging stations - (Service Level Agreement "SLA"). The terms "charging station" and "charging infrastructure" are used synonymously in the tender material, and is a designation for charging stand. Aarhus Municipality must own the purchased charging stations, etc. In addition, Aarhus Municipality pays connection fees and the current electricity consumption is settled directly between Aarbus and the electricity company. Construction and the electrical work, including installation and electrical connection of the charging stations, is carried out by another contractor.
