Faced with the proven observation of a delay in terms of infrastructure linked to drinking water and sanitation skills, the State launched the development of the DOM Water Plan in Reunion in 2018. Its operational implementation resulted in the adoption of Water Contracts. Progress in 2019 - 2020 by the EPCI. Cinor's first progress contract ends in February 2027. CINOR thus wishes to develop its 2nd Progress Contract by integrating GEMAPI and Urban Rainwater skills. The market will take place in three phases: - Phase 1: Diagnosis / Assessment - Phase 2: Definition of objectives - Phase 3: Development of the progress contract
