The purpose of this project is to construct an outdoor learning pavilion in the area east of the El Mirage Library located at 13513 North El Mirage Road. Improvements include a ramada, sitting/learning nodes, decomposed granite path, concrete sidewalk, ADA ramp, concrete steps, landscape, irrigation, grading, metal screens, solar light poles, ramada lighting, and electrical work. A portion of this project is funded by the Maricopa County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
