INTRODUCTIONMackay Regional Council (the Principal) invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a tender for the construction of the Eimeo Road Shared Path, including pathways and bridging, from Badyari Yalu Road to Montgomery Street (the Site) construction Works.2. SCOPEThe Works comprise civil and structural construction activities, including site establishment, earthworks, drainage, pavement construction, concrete works, and associated infrastructure improvements. The Contractor shall carry out all works in accordance with the For Construction Drawings, specifications, and relevant standards, and shall ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
