Description : The intent of this Tender is to obtain submissions from qualified contractors to complete the specified Work, as further detailed herein. The issuance of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purposes. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment; permits, transportation and all necessary incidentals for the upgrade of the filtration system and hot water tank at the Eileen Dailly Pool. An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on November 17th, 2021, commencing at 9:30 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet outside the main entrance to the Eileen Dailly Pool located at 240 Willington Avenue, Burnaby, BC and must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and non-medical masks for the duration of the site visit. Tenderers not following the PPE requirement will not be allowed to participate in the mandatory site visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out the Attachment O - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to purchasing.
