eHealth for the Masaryk Oncology Institute
The subject of the public order is the modernization and development of the functionalities of the hospital information system (NIS), laboratory system (LIS), pathology system (PAT), transfusion service system (TS), biological material bank (BBM), medical record archiving system documentation in electronic form (DEA) and the Patient Portal in the areas of standardization of electronic medical documentation, implementation of electronic healthcare identifiers from tribal registers and use of reference data from tribal registries and central services of electronic healthcare and exchange network services for two-way access to electronic health documentation records to authorized recipients through the system's information and telecommunications technologies, as well as the delivery of integration interfaces and services for eHealth. The delivery also includes a connection to the infrastructure systems and services Accredited Affinity Domains (AAfD) and provision of two-way communication, development of cross-border communication through the National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH) and connection to electronic services and registers of the Integrated Health Data Interface (IDRR) and providing and provision of related services to the extent and under the conditions specified in Annex 2 of the procurement documentation.
