Tender Details

Effective infrastructure of collective water supply in the Lipno Commune 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, implementation and commissioning of infrastructure elements intended to improve the efficiency of collective water supply in the commune. Lipno, including the replacement of water meters with the installation of remote reading modules and the implementation of tools supporting the management of the water supply network. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the summary of the material scope constituting the annexes to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party envisages the implementation of a project including in particular: replacement of water meters and installation of radio modules, implementation of a remote reading system, obtaining data for the GIS system, GIS implementation, construction and calibration of a hydraulic model and carrying out measurements and accompanying works on the network, including GPS measurements and introducing changes to the GIS. Replacement and installation of above-ground hydrants and gate valves in the water supply network at points agreed with the Ordering Party 4. Requirements for the Contractor: 1) He will give what least: a)72 months quality warranty for radio modules, b) 24 months quality warranty for water meters, c) 36 months quality warranty for other elements of telemetry infrastructure, 2) Will undertake to accept the warranty terms and conditions the Ordering Party specified in § 9 of the contract template attached to the SWZ, 3) During the implementation of the subject of the contract, he will be obliged to submit a report on the material progress of work by the 15th day of each month.
