Tendders are invited for Educator Certification and Ethics Case Management System
(1) Vendor needs to provide educator certification and ethics case management system.
- Software-as-a-Service solutions to implement a new educator certification application/evaluation and ethics case management system
- to replace existing, internally managed solutions for Teacher Certification, Ethics Investigative Case Management, and related functions with an integrated Software-as-a-Service solution. This project includes the procurement, business process design, configuration, implementation, and support of the new SaaS solution
- The new system will enhance the credential application process with clearly defined steps and status indications throughout the process, while reducing manual actions required to complete an evaluation of documentation towards educator certification
- The new system will better automate the ethics complaint process as well as improve the process of preparing and processing investigative and administrative reports
- The new system will include a method of documenting service of the Ethics Division-s legal processes, such as Notices of Investigation and subpoenas issued to accountholders, and a method of securely delivering digital documents to external parties.
