Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and conduct of educational and preventive summer camps for children and youth as part of a project implemented from the funds of the Regional Program European Funds for the Witokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021-2027. The service includes preparation, organization and implementation of the post-colony program. providing qualified staff, food, transport during trips, materials necessary to carry out classes, insurance for participants and all organizational activities required by regulations laws regarding the organization of recreation for children and youth. The contractor is obliged, in particular, to develop a post-camp program, report the recreation to the appropriate education superintendent, provide food, transport and entry tickets during trips, insurance NNW of participants and documentation indicated in the OPZ. The expected number of participants is 40 people in each year of the order implementation (2026, 2027 and 2028), subject to the possibility of changing the number of participants within 10%, in accordance with the OPZ. Detailed description of the subject the order was specified in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
