The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in the field of technical-organizational and lecturer provision of professional educational events for employees involved in the implementation of EU funds. Professional educational activities focused on horizontal topics in cross-sectional areas related to of all departments participating in the implementation of EU funds.
Education within the framework of the public contract will take place primarily in face-to-face form, partly also in an online distance form (webinars, video courses, etc.).
The fulfillment of the subject of this VZ is detailed in Appendix No. 1 of the binding draft of the framework agreement, which is attached to this tender documentation.
The target group is employees directly involved in the implementation of operational programs and other programs within the framework of European funds in the program period 2021-2027, the closing of the program period 2014-2020 and the preparation of the program period 2028+, always in accordance with the Agreements on partnership or similar documents for these periods.
The expected number of participants is approximately ten thousand (10, 000) for the entire duration of the framework agreement for the performance of this public contract.
