EDS and EBSD detectors for SEM The procurement includes EDS and EBSD detectors for SEM. New detectors are needed for RISE's two SEM located in Mölndal. For one SEM a new EDS and for the other EDS+EBSD detectors. Both SEMs were purchased in 2012.
