Tender are invited for The work includes Complete roof replacement with roof accessories for main building which includes the downspouts, gutters, roof drain connection to the sub surface drainage system, roof curbs, ladders, safety rails, roof hatches with safety pole, new roof drains with overflow drains, splash blocks, and various details as noted on the drawings. The modular building has minor patching and conductor head, downspout, splash block replacement, and new exhaust fan replacement. Renovation of the front main entrance and new south bus drop off entrance. Civil work includes the addition of a detention pond, parking lot replacement, addition of fire lane on the east side of the property towards the modular building, new pedestrian paving, relocation of the dumpster enclosure, ADA ramps and stairs, drainage improvements, and relocation of the cool air chiller. Landscape work includes new landscaping around the new main entrance, pavers, benches, wrought- iron fence, bicycle rack located by new bus drop off entrance, trash receptacles, irrigation as noted on drawings, sod, and temporary irrigation to establish sod. Structural work includes the new structure for the main entrance, bus drop-off entrance, and connector between the modular and main building. Structural modifications for new roof equipment. New ADA ramps, and stairs. Architectural work includes the renovation of the all the classroom with new furred out walls, floor finishes, paint, acoustical ceilings, millwork, all exterior doors/frames replacements, replacement of all exterior windows and infilling windows as noted on drawings, refurbish existing doors with new door leaf`s, and hardware, new auditorium seating, new handicap lift in auditorium, cafeteria dining room expansion, group restroom renovation, new single use student and staff restrooms, reconfigured administration area and nurse area, replacement of existing stucco with new stone veneer/pre-cast stone sill, new condition connector between the main building and modular building. MEP upgrades include new roof to roof top units, exhaust fans, plumbing fixtures, hot water heater system for the entire building, cool air chiller replacement and relocation, electric water coolers, electrical upgrades, lighting replacement, new diffusers and duct work. Technology includes, security upgrades, PA system, clocks, and data upgrades.
Notes : A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2 : 00 pm on Monday, March 6, 2017 at the Edna Rowe ElementarySchool Auditorium for all interested parties. Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 2 : 00 PM. Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 2 : 00 PM. M/WBE goal : 30%.
