The purpose of this market is to designate a service provider whose mission is to develop a regional, global and coherent communication strategy, to: - Improve the visibility and readability of regional policies with the various targets, - to make the action of the actionRegion in the daily lives of the inhabitants and in the field, alongside local actors, - strengthen the positive image of the region through in particular its media and event impact, - promote the adhesion of citizens and community partners in its future dynamics.
