It enables the organization to identify, preserve, collect, process, analyze, review, and produce electronically stored information (“ESI”) in a defensible and efficient manner. The solution must support a wide range of digital sources, including emails, documents, collaboration platforms, databases, mobile data, and other electronic files while maintaining chain of custody, metadata integrity, and comprehensive auditability.FSRA is acquiring eDiscovery technology to enhance its enforcement litigation capabilities and to improve operational efficiency within its Freedom of Information (the “FOI”) program.
