The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the underground part of the former indoor swimming pool building at ul. January 22 in Przemyl, intended for adaptation to cover the U-2 category. The subject of the order also includes development design and cost estimate documentation for the above-ground part of the building, where it is planned to create a sports shooting range and a training and conference center along with the development of the area around the facility. The investment area is located on plot no. 2871 rev. 202 Przemyl. The scope of design work includes two stages. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) can be found in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
