P/BLADDER IRRIGATION BAG 61, 920 "At the time of awarding, the hospital may increase or reduce by up to 30% of the quantities estimated in these bidding rules, in accordance with the available budgets, and without altering the principle of strict subjection to the bases of equality of bidders." (*) It is established that the quantities of products and/or services have a variable flow, which means that the Hospital does not commit to acquiring specific quantities periodically, it will be according to the hospital's requirements, so in no case will minimum purchase stock be set. nor totals, so the successful bidder(s) will be unable to indicate minimum quantities for dispatch. Likewise, it is noted that this bidding process will be carried out by awarded item (line), for which each supplier may bid for an item of those indicated in this point, for more than one or for all of them, each item corresponding to a line of product or service.
