Tender Details

Part 1. Purchase and delivery of an agricultural tractor. The scope of the order includes the purchase and delivery of a brand new agricultural tractor. The tractor cannot be older than 2024 and meet Polish and European safety and mobility requirements. on public roads in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law. The tractor should have all the documents necessary to complete the formalities related to admission to traffic on public roads and the instructions for use. Polish language. Together with the delivery of the tractor, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with all operating instructions and all other documents required for registration of the vehicle in the Republic of Poland, in particular: warranty card, warranty documents for installed: equipment/devices provided to the Contractor by the manufacturer, if they are not covered by the Contractor's warranty, all documents enabling registration of the vehicle, certificate of conformity, operation and maintenance manual for the vehicle and equipment and devices, issued by their manufacturers, certificates and approvals, the valid decision of the Office of Technical Inspection, if applicable, other, if required...
