The City of Lappeenranta (Client, procurement unit) requests offers in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. The object of the procurement is Labor Training in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Act on the Organization of Labor Services (380/2023). the main target group is the jobseeker-clients of the South Karelia employment area who have financial management education and/or work experience and who need further and continuing education. The content of the procured service is described in more detail in the service description attached to the tender request (Appendix 1). PROCUREMENT The service to be procured is the CPV code Service according to 80400000-8 (Adult education services and other education services). Because the anticipated value of the service to be acquired does not exceed the threshold value in accordance with Section 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and User License Agreements (Procurement Act 1397/2016) in Appendix E for procurements, the Procurement Act applies to this procurement as applicable.
