Montluçon Community and Creuse Confluence, which share a rich and preserved environmental framework, have decided to launch a joint project to develop a greenway of an old railway line (today not used) crossing the two territories and linking Montluçon to Evaux-les-Bains. This railway right-of-way, now disused, constitutes a pre-developed line, already waterproofed by its compacted ballast structure and its form 1 layers. The contract includes sections options defined in the specifications. The details of the missions entrusted to the holder appear in the specifications. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices
