Published on: 2026-05-05 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-06-15 Subject: The purpose of this contract is the ecological management, reasonable maintenance and enhancement of the outdoor spaces of the CPAM 79 As part of its approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the CPAM wishes to evolve the management of its outdoor spaces towards an approach aimed at: • The preservation and regeneration of biodiversity, • The reduction of the environmental footprint of maintenance practices, • Improving the landscape and ecological quality of the sites, • Contributing to environmental recognition processes, particularly within the framework of the Companies Committed to Nature program supported by the French Office of Biodiversity and ultimately obtaining the Natur’Ailes label. The management of outdoor spaces must respect the following principles: • Total absence of phytosanitary products, • Adaptation of practices to the natural cycle of plants and fauna, • Limiting interventions to what is strictly necessary; • Reduction of nuisances and risks (noise, emissions, waste, cleanliness of traffic paths), • Ecological and landscape enhancement of spaces.
