Description

The Bureau Reclamation, Estes Powerplant, located in Estes Park, Colorado requires garbage and recycle services. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial services, and Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The BOR intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. This sources sought is issued solely to establish if there are any small businesses that can provide the requirements in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement(PWS). This is NOT a Request for Proposals nor an Invitation for Bids and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of contractor's information. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Responses to this request for information will not be returned and electronic submission is required. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government or form a binding contract.
