EC 2026 3 Service to develop and implement an advanced technological solution to improve the management of road infrastructure and traffic in the interurban road network entering and leaving the city of Barcelona.

Description of the provision: Service to develop and implement a advanced technological solution to improve the management of road infrastructures and the traffic of the interurban road network entering and leaving the city of Barcelona. This solution will take advantage of the data from various systems and subsystems available, both from its own sources and from external sources, which, based on analysis and artificial intelligence processes, should allow the development of predictive models that facilitate the improvement of traffic and road infrastructure management. The objective is the development and implementation of a technological solution for the Generalitat de Catalunya which, in a comprehensive and integrated manner, facilitates the optimization of the proactive management of the road infrastructure and traffic of the road network in Catalonia in order to have a decision-making support system at all levels (strategic, tactical and operational). The planned tasks for the contract that is developed in six phases that are detailed in section 5 of the Plec of technical prescriptions (PPT).
