Crnogorski elektrodistributivni sistem DOO Podgorica (‘DSO- or ‘CEDIS-) has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (‘the Bank-) and use its proceeds completion of the modernisation of the distribution network in order to transit towards a fully functioning smart grid system.
