Tender Details

Energy water Bern plans a heat network that is supposed to supply parts of Bern and Wabern with warmth. The Energy Source of the Schönau pumping station serves as an energy source. At the location of the pumping station, the pumps and heat exchangers are to be accommodated in a new building. The energy is to be pumped into the Morillon district using intermediate circuit. The MEG Morillon heating center is to be converted into a district heating center. The required ammonia heat pumps with a total of 10 MW power must be accommodated in the former tank rooms. The existing gas boilers are converted and used to cover the top load. The entire production performance is 20 mW. With the planned tender, a general planner is sought for the planning and execution of the sub-project production (SIA phases 31-53), which plans and realizes all the necessary trades efficiently and according to economic criteria. The intermediate circuit from the pumping station to the heating center and the district heating network is not part of the tender.
