Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from consultants to provide building envelope upgrades for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) at the Vulcan and Polaris Buildings, located at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth NS. This Project Description outlines the scope of work required to enhance the buildings envelopes. The required services for this contract include: Architectural (as prime Consultant), Structural, Cost Planning Services and Building code/ life safety. Minimal effort will be required from Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Pre-qualified firms, that qualified under the Architectural Supply Arrangement E0225-152290, have been invited to participate.
