Creation Of Additional 2-Bed Occupancy Rooms ? Total Capacity To Cater For 14 Patients? Remediating Identified Ligature Points Throughout The Entire Ward? Modifying Staff Area To Provide Suitable Soundproof Rooms To Discuss Sensitive/Confidential Items? Realigning And Refreshing Dining And Lounge Areas For Consumers? Creating Rooms For Examination And Drug/Medical Storage? Refreshing Retained Areas With New Vinyl, Lighting, Hydraulic, Mechanical & Paintingthere Will Be A Non-Mandatory Briefing The Week After The Request Is Released, It Will Be Strongly Encouraged That The Tenderers Attend The Site Briefing As They Will Be Given A Tour Of The Facility Which Is Partly Demolished Exposing The Services, Structure And Site Requirements.
