Expression of Interest are invited for East Med Gas A Master Concept for a Phased Infrastructure Corridor.

C. Scope of Activities
The scope of activities shall include, but not be limited to:
Collect current and projected gas demand around the Eastern Mediterranean and international markets, based on existing studies. Create demand scenarios reflecting a range of economic and political conditions.
Create equiprobable scenarios for the distribution of recoverable gas resources in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Assess potential gas transportation and processing infrastructure to bring gas to regional and export markets under these supply and demand scenarios.
Consider potential infrastructure corridors that can be developed incrementally with adequate flexibility to transport gas from discovered, but undeveloped resources as well as from future discoveries,
Estimate investment and operational costs, both for upstream field developments and the identified gas infrastructure corridors to markets.
Identify the need for private as well as public investments that take into consideration the alignment of stakeholder interests and distribution of risks along the value chain over the full lifecycle.
Quantify the cost of supply for each gas infrastructure corridor.
Analyze the economic value created by each corridor, as well as the competitiveness of gas in the regional and international markets.
Evaluate non-technical aspects impacting the feasibility of the corridors.
Provide conclusions and recommendations on the economic value created from East Med gas development, the preferred master concept for a phased gas infrastructure corridor and the associated private and public investments required.
Develop a decision hierarchy for the proposed infrastructure corridor concept, investment decisions, policy decisions, main activities and key information required to support decisions.
