This package encompasses key ground‑related enabling activities required to prepare the site for construction. It includes Species relocation works, remediation works, site clearance & flood defence works. Activities may also cover site haul roads to support bulk earth works. These works establish correct ground levels, and create safe access routes for subsequent phases.
