EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING AT CHRISTINE VILLAGE, BARANGAY DISTRICT 1, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA
1. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the LBP LOAN intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT PESOS AND NINETY TWO CENTAVOS (Php1, 170, 948.92), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING AT CHRISTINE VILLAGE, BARANGAY DISTRICT 1, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
