1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the National Urban and Peri Urban Agriculture Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Ᵽ 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of Lowland Vegetable Seeds under National Urban and Peri Urban Agriculture Program FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
