1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the HIGH VALUE CROPS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Establishment of 3 units Greenhouse Type Solar Dryer under High Value Crops Development Program FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Establishment of 3 units Greenhouse Type Solar Dryer under High Value Crops Development Program FY 2026.
